ALEC Workers Health Solutions was established by three professional black women, one black occupational medical specialist and two radiographers, in January 2018 and has a 100% BEE status.
It was established after identifying a need to provide a comprehensive health care service to employees not limited to the Mpumalanga Province and with a clear understanding that occupational health service is an extension of a public health service.

Which includes medical surveillance program, risk functional assessment(RFA) and management of occupational diseases.
PRIMARY HEALTH CARE
Includes management of acute and chronic diseases.
EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAMMES
